Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed through PATIOCOVE. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and the free shipping applies to every item in our catalog shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories; you will see any such charges at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment. The standard handling time is 1–3 business days. This window includes picking, packing, quality checks, and labeling. Orders placed after the daily cutoff may begin processing on the next business day.
Daily Cutoff Time
Our order processing cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders received before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are processed within the handling window starting that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time
After your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated transit time is 2–5 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, peak seasons). PATIOCOVE works with trusted national carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.
Shipping Carriers and Methods
We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipments. For larger or heavier items, we may use freight carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. PATIOCOVE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet shipped.
Order Tracking
All orders include complimentary tracking. After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. You can also log into your PATIOCOVE account to view order status.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to order PATIOCOVE products, please contact us for potential alternative arrangements.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, damaged upon arrival, or significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly. For damaged items, retain the original packaging and photos may be requested.
