If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware included. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been assembled, modified, installed, or damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Certain clearance, final sale, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please check the product listing or contact our team before placing an order for such items.
Free Returns and No Restocking Fee
PATIOCOVE offers free returns on all eligible items. You will never be charged a restocking fee, and we provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Simply contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process. For large or bulky items, we may arrange a pickup at your location.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are processed at no additional cost. If you would like a different size, color, or model, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. We will ship the replacement item as soon as your return is in transit or received at our facility. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; if the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or offer you an alternative.
Refund Timelines
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges incurred. Photographic evidence may be required to expedite the resolution.

- We are not responsible for returns shipped without prior authorization or with non-PATIOCOVE labels.
